Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targeting. In order for us to deliver the best services to customers, we have devised our Green Route KPI system. By establishing and defining set goals for the company we then establish actionable KPI targets each area of the company aims towards. The results from our key performance indicators allow us to set further targets and implement our growth strategies.
