Working with local community support organisations we are providing opportunity for career development & training through a scheme that offers training and guidance for those between homes or jobs to maximise thier resume skills & experience
- Local charities and job centres are engaged with to offer preferred sponsporship of eligable applicants.
- Eligable applicants are contacted, verified and set up onto the scheme by their geographical footprint and needs.
- Scheme opportunities are created thorugh our portfolio client engagments, requirements and auditing processes.
- Scheme participants are contacted and offered opportunities for one off, scheduled or regular work opportinites in cleaning.
- Training is provided through our skiled worker support process, all logged and documented via matrix for use in job searching.
- Early release payments and job references provided to those enrolled onto the scheme to support job seeking opportunities.
- Enrolled participants are offered opportunity on available full or part time job opportunities before roles are published externally.
